☘️ St. Patrick’s Day is here! Pick up our house-brined corned beef to enjoy a festive and tasty meal. Wondering how to prepare a traditional corned beef dinner? Check out this classic recipe: 👇🏻* 1 (3 pound) Sunnyside brined Corned Beef brisket * 10 small red potatoes* 5 medium carrots * 1 large head cabbage* Additional spices if desired (but not necessary with Sunnyside’s brined Corned Beef): Peppercorns, garlic, bay leaf Step 1: Gather ingredients Step 2: Place corned beef in a Dutch oven or large stock pot and cover with water. Add additional spices if desired. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until corned beef is just about fork-tender, about 2 hours. While the corned beef is simmering, cut potatoes in half. Peel carrots and cut into 3-inch pieces. Cut cabbage into small wedges.Step 3:When corned beef has cooked for 2 hours, add potatoes and carrots; cook until vegetables are almost tender, about 10 minutes. Add cabbage and continue to cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 more minutes.Step 4:Remove meat and let rest for 15 minutes. Leave broth and vegetables in the Dutch oven. Slice meat across the grain. Serve with vegetables and broth. - Recipe courtesy of All Recipes @allrecipes ... See MoreSee Less

🇫🇷 What is Pork Rillettes? It’s a spread common in French cuisine that’s similar to a páte, but made instead with slow-cooked and seasoned pork. Delicious on toasted bread or crackers, it’s best served at room temperature and is often complemented with pickles and mustard. Another new handcrafted feature at Sunnyside, and ready in the cold case now! 😊🍷Pairing tip: Enjoy with one of our curated Rosés, Reislings, Beaujolais or other wine selections from @brightside_spirits for a delightful happy hour treat or charcuterie addition! #specialtymarket #porkrillette #frenchcuisine #francophiles #frenchfare #housemadeeverything #foodiefun #creativecharcuterie ...
