In a medium sized saucepot, on low heat, mix honey, juice, salt, pepper & olive oil until smoothly blended. Whisk in Dijon slowly adding small amounts until desired flavor is achieved. Finish with fresh thyme. When glaze is complete, use a pastry brush to lightly coat ham as it roasts, use multiple, light applications.
Warm covered ham at 325 degrees for 12 minutes per pound, and then remove the cover and finish the ham at 425 degrees for15 minutes. Enjoy!
